About Me
With over a decade of experience in the corporate world, including leadership roles, I transitioned into coaching as I started my journey as a parent. Initially working with leaders, I later expanded my focus to include parents, helping them navigate the complexities of family.
My personal journey has been deeply shaped by overcoming cancer—once in 2008 and twice again in 2022. Thankfully, all were caught early and successfully treated. These experiences prompted me to reflect deeply on my life, wondering what the universe was trying to teach me. Despite years of personal development, this was a turning point that led me to dive even deeper into understanding myself.
I’ve since trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté and participated in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Online Circle with Dr. Richard Schwartz. These powerful approaches allowed me to heal from childhood challenges, fostering greater self-awareness, compassion, and alignment with my authentic self.
These transformative practices have reshaped how I parent, work, and live, empowering me to make conscious, intentional choices. Today, I’m deeply committed to sharing what I’ve learned to help others lead lives rooted in authenticity, balance, and purpose. Whether you’re navigating leadership, parenting, or personal growth, I’m here to support and guide your journey.
When I’m not traveling the world, I call Cascais, Portugal home, where I live with my husband, our four children, and our dog.
